Bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies
Casa das Estevas has 5 light and spacious ensuite bedrooms (6 including the studio apartment). Each are sea-facing, with a furnished terrace providing stunning ‘on top of the ocean’ uninterrupted 180° sea and coastal views. The main villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. If required, the studio apartment (a useful option for grandparents, teenagers or a nanny) increases capacity to 12+. All beds can be configured as twins or king-sized doubles.
Lounge-dining room, kitchen, dining terrace and rear courtyard
With breath-taking views of the calm sea confronting you, a sense of easy living is created in the welcoming open plan lounge-diner. The villa’s formal dining table seats up to 12 or you may wish to dine alfresco on the lounge terrace. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the tranquil courtyard at the rear of the villa.

The ground floor studio apartment on the poolside level is comprised of an open-plan bedroom, lounge and kitchenette, with private bathroom. A small separate bunk room can also accommodate 2 children, making the villa’s maximum capacity 14 (although 12 is the optimum number). Externally accessed, the apartment is ideal for larger groups who exceed the 5 bedrooms/10 bed capacity within the main villa, or those who require the flexibility of separate accommodation e.g. for grandparents or teenagers.
